Lumini dApps — Refund and Returns Policy
1. Introduction
Lumini dApps ("we", "our", or "company") establishes this Refund and Returns Policy to govern all transactions involving the creation, development, or distribution of digital assets, including tokens and NFTs, on blockchain platforms. This policy aims to provide absolute clarity, legal security, and alignment with the immutable and decentralized nature of Web3 technology.
This policy applies exclusively to digital asset creation services contracted directly with Lumini dApps. It does not cover secondary purchases on marketplaces, user-to-user swaps, or any transaction occurring after the initial minting or deployment of the asset.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
- 2.1 Non-Refundable Rule (Completed Services): No refunds will be granted once the blockchain explorer (e.g., Etherscan, BscScan, Polygonscan) associated with the network displays a confirmed transaction of the token or NFT creation/minting with a "Success" status. Because blockchain actions are irreversible and permanent, a confirmed transaction serves as irrefutable proof that the creation service was successfully executed.
- 2.2 Partially Refundable Rule (Unexecuted Services): A refund is eligible only if the client's payment is verified (via cryptocurrency transaction hash or credit card receipt), but the creation or minting of the digital asset (token/NFT) is not registered on the blockchain due to technical issues, network failures, or deployment errors.
3. Verification Process
The blockchain explorer is the absolute and single source of truth for all refund evaluations. To process a claim, the following verification protocol is enforced:
- The client must submit the transaction hash (TxID) or the smart contract address related to the service.
- Our engineering team will audit the blockchain explorer of the corresponding network.
- If a successful minting or deployment transaction is found, the refund request will be denied.
- If the payment is verified but no asset creation transaction exists, the refund will be approved as partially refundable.
4. Deduction of Network Fees (Gas Fees)
For all approved refunds, the network transaction costs (gas fees) incurred during execution attempts will be deducted from the final returned amount.
Gas fees are consumed directly by network validators to process transactions on the blockchain and cannot be recovered or refunded to us. Consequently, the client will receive the original paid amount minus the exact cost of the gas fees utilized during the process.
